Healthy Eating Workshop.

The Healthy eating workshop was delivered by Anita Mukherjee in Gorvagh Community centre on May 30th last. Anita spoke of the need to eat healthily and to shop wisely and always use the freshest products available. In her session she demonstrated many ideas around salads and other quick snacks and imparted many little personal Cookery tips.
